1. A golf club head comprising:
an iron-type golf club head body comprising a ball striking face portion at a front side thereof, a rear side opposite the front side, a crown portion, a sole portion, a toe side, and a heel side;
wherein the rear side includes:
a rear side base surface;
a single bump portion entirely surrounded by the rear side base surface and protruding from the rear side base surface, in a direction away from the ball striking face portion, by a single bump portion front to rear thickness;
a single indented portion entirely surrounded by the rear side base surface and receding from the rear side base surface, in a direction towards the ball striking face portion, by a single indented portion front to rear thickness, to create a recess in the rear side;
wherein the single bump portion front to rear thickness is greater than the single indented portion front to rear thickness;
further wherein the single bump portion and the single indented portion are configured so that a center of gravity of the iron-type golf club head body is nearer to the heel side of the iron-type golf club head body, and so that a majority of a volume and a majority of a mass of the iron-type golf club head body is located nearer the heel side;
wherein the single bump portion and the single indented portion are positioned directly opposite from one another;
wherein the single bump portion and the single indented portion are separated from each other by a portion of the rear side base surface of the rear side so that the single bump portion and the single indented portion are positioned a distance apart from each other.
