1. A method of delivering a nucleic acid cargo to a cell comprising contacting the cell with an effective amount of a composition comprising a non-covalent complex of:
(a) an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, or a humanized antibody, or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising
heavy chain variable region (VH) complementarity determining regions (CDRs) comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 16, SEQ ID NO: 17, and SEQ ID NO: 18; and light chain variable region (VL) CDRs comprising the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 24, SEQ ID NO: 25, and SEQ ID NO:26;
and
(b) a nucleic acid cargo selected from the group consisting of a DNA, an RNA, a PNA, a plasmid, a C polynucleotide encoding a Cas endonuclease.
