1. A multi-phase personal care composition comprising:
(a) an aqueous phase, and
(b) an oil phase comprising volatile silicone and retinoid,
wherein the composition comprises fatty acid amide and the aqueous phase is visually distinct from and in physical contact with the oil phase; and
wherein the volatile silicone to the retinoid is present in a weight ratio of from 10:1 to 1000:1.
