1. A support apparatus for manual therapy, the support apparatus comprising:
a thoracic support;
a forearm support, said forearm support comprising an ulnar therapeutic surface; and
a strut interconnecting said thoracic support to said forearm support, said strut having a longitudinal axis that extends through said forearm support when projected beyond an end of said strut.
