1. A massage device comprising:
a shell comprising a rod-shaped body configured to be inserted into a vagina or a rectum of a human body and a branch extending obliquely away from the rod-shaped body;
a moving space extending through a lateral wall of the rod-shaped body or the branch to define two openings in two opposite sides of the lateral wall of the rod-shaped body or the branch, respectively, the moving space communicating with an external environment out of the lateral wall of the rod-shaped body or the branch through the two openings;
a driving assembly supported by the shell, the driving assembly comprising a driving wheel and a driven wheel cooperating with the driving wheel, one of the driving wheel and the driven wheel being accommodated inside an inner chamber of the lateral wall of the rod-shaped body or the branch, and another one of the driving wheel and the driven wheel being accommodated inside the moving space; and
a massage member mounted around the driving wheel and the driven wheel, wherein the massage member partly extends into the moving space and spaced from the lateral wall of the rod-shaped body or the branch, and partly surrounds an end portion of the rod-shaped rod or the branch adjacent to the moving space.
