1. A prosthetic valve comprising:
a stent frame having a radially collapsed configuration and a radially expanded configuration, the stent frame comprising:
a generally tubular body portion,
an interior area,
a longitudinal axis,
an inflow portion,
an outflow portion,
a central portion disposed between the inflow portion and the outflow portion,
a first row of first cells defining an inflow edge of the stent frame, wherein the first cells are generally diamond-shaped, and
a second row of second cells defining an outflow edge of the stent frame, each of the second cells being larger than each of the first cells, wherein the second cells are generally diamond-shaped,
wherein in the radially expanded configuration, the inflow portion has an inflow outer diameter, the central portion has a central outer diameter, and the outflow portion has an outflow outer diameter, wherein the inflow outer diameter and the central outer diameter are generally the same such that the inflow portion and the central portion are substantially cylindrical, and wherein the outflow outer diameter is larger than the inflow outer diameter and the central outer diameter,
wherein the first cells include proximal crowns at a proximal end thereof and the second cells include distal crowns at a distal end thereof, wherein the stent frame includes more proximal crowns than distal crowns; and
a tissue valve attached within the interior area of the stent frame, wherein the tissue valve is attached to the stent frame along a margin of attachment, wherein the margin of attachment is generally U-shaped and a proximal-most end of the margin of attachment is disposed within two rows of cells from the inflow edge of the stent frame.
