the screw includes on an outer wall a thread that can tap into bone, and a through hole that allows the inner sleeve to pass from a head to a tip of the screw along a central axis in a through hole of the driver and the through hole of the screw; and
the driver is configured to fit onto the head of the screw and when moved along the central axis be joined to the screw to transmit torque about the central axis to the screw;
the inner sleeve can be inserted from a distal end of the driver and has a distal end configured to be connected to the distal end of the driver in a state in which the driver and the screw are joined together, and a tip of the inner sleeve protrudes more proximally than the tip of the screw; and
the inner sleeve is connected to the screw when the guide pin is inserted in a through hole of the inner sleeve with the tip of the inner sleeve protruding more proximally than the tip of the screw.
