an extension portion extending away from a surface of a wrist of a patient when the device is positioned on the wrist, the extension portion having a convex surface facing the surface of the wrist of the patient;
an inflatable chamber disposed on the inner surface of the frame; and a wristband configured to secure the frame to a patient,
wherein the wristband is configured to be inserted through the elongate slot and wrap around the bar;
wherein the extension portion is configured to engage the wristband when it is positioned around the bar, such that the extension portion causes a portion of the wristband to extend away from the surface of the wrist of the patient.
