1. A money clip, comprising:
a chassis defining a first side and a second side located opposite the first side;
a first coupling element coupled to the chassis, the first coupling element configured to retain a first personal effect selected from the group consisting of a personal card, a paper bill, and combinations thereof, between the first coupling element and the first side of the chassis; and
a second coupling element coupled to the chassis, the second coupling element configured to retain a second personal effect selected from the group consisting of a personal card, a paper bill, and combinations thereof, between the second coupling element and the second side of the chassis, wherein the second coupling element comprises a stretchable band configured to wrap around the chassis,
wherein the first coupling element is configured to overlap the second coupling element about the first side of the chassis, such that the second coupling element enables the money clip to retain the first personal effect selected from the group consisting of a personal card, a paper bill, and combinations thereof, between the first coupling element and the first side of the chassis, via friction.
