1. A method comprising, utilizing zinc molybdate (ZnMoO4) as an antimicrobial agent, wherein the ZnMoO4 consists of particles having a triclinic crystal structure and an average grain size of 0.2 μm, wherein the ZnMoO4 is free of particles having a grain size smaller than 0.1 μm.
