6. A method of removing debris from a wellbore that penetrates a surface, comprising:
connecting a fluid moving tool to an upper exterior housing of an upper end of a workstring assembly, the fluid moving tool including a stationary portion and a rotational portion that rotates when the upper exterior housing of the workstring assembly is rotated, wherein the stationary portion at least partially surrounds the rotational portion;
running the workstring assembly into the wellbore in which a first fluid is present, wherein the upper exterior housing is exterior to the workstring assembly so as to be exposed to an annulus formed by the wellbore and exterior of the workstring;
rotating the upper exterior housing relative to the stationary portion of the fluid moving tool to cause rotation of the rotational portion of the fluid moving tool relative to the stationary portion and thereby moving the first fluid into a lower end of the workstring assembly;
capturing the wellbore debris in the fluid in a debris chamber in the lower end of the workstring assembly; and
pumping the first fluid from the lower end of the workstring assembly, by the rotation of the rotational portion of the fluid moving tool, through the fluid moving tool, wherein the pumping the first fluid further includes pumping the first fluid through one or more ports located at or above the fluid moving tool so as to expel the fluid from the workstring into annulus.
