1. A device, comprising:
a handlebar having a longitudinal axis, wherein the handlebar includes a first portion and a second portion;
a stem hosting the handlebar such that the first portion extends from the stem in a first direction and the second portion extends from the stem in a second direction, wherein the first direction is opposite the second direction;
a seat coupled to the handlebar;
a line coupled to the seat; and
a brake coupled to the line, wherein the first portion and the second portion are simultaneously rotatable about the longitudinal axis relative to the stem such that the seat moves and thereby controls the brake via the line.
