1. A lacrosse training device comprising:
an elongated shaft having an interior bore and retaining a free flowing sliding mass moving axially collinear with the bore along a length of said shaft, the sliding mass having travel constrained by a first stop and a second stop positioned external to the elongated shaft, wherein the sliding mass is not impeded by any structure within the bore between the first and second stops.
