1. A method comprising:
obtaining vehicle data associated with a vehicle;
determining the vehicle has stopped using the vehicle data;
determining a location where the vehicle has stopped;
determining contextual location data associated with the location, the contextual location data including a risk map indicative of historical roadside event data, the risk map comprising at least one of vehicle accident data, traffic speed data, vehicle volume data, vehicle density data, road characteristic data, or weather data;
determining whether roadside assistance is needed for the vehicle using the contextual location data;
generating a user interface including a notification and one or more user selectable inputs to request the roadside assistance; and
transmitting the user interface to a mobile device associated with the vehicle to cause the mobile device to present the user interface.
