1. A packet encoder comprising:
a non-transitory computer-readable medium; and
one or more processors communicatively coupled to the non-transitory computer-readable medium and configured to execute processor-executable instructions stored in the non-transitory computer-readable medium to:
receive, from one or more network functions (NFs) in a communication exchange on a 5G network, an input comprising plurality of messages;
determine an input format from the input, wherein the input format comprises a first communication protocol and a first serialization format;
determine an output format for a feed generated based on the plurality of messages, wherein the output format comprises a second communication protocol and a second serialization format;
translate the plurality of messages from the input format to the output format, wherein:
the input format is different than the output format; and
the feed comprising the plurality of messages is in the output format; and
transmit the feed to a network monitoring system.
