1. A vehicle, comprising:
an in-vehicle device; and
a communication device that includes a modem, is connected to the in-vehicle device, and is configured to perform wireless communication with a base station, wherein
the in-vehicle device and the communication device are configured to perform a handshake in response to power-on of the vehicle,
the in-vehicle device is configured to generate diagnosis information when the handshake fails, and
the communication device is configured to be switchable between a first mode in which resetting of the modern according to a specific reject cause from the base station is permitted and a second mode in which the resetting of the modem according to the specific reject cause is prohibited.
