1. A mobile cooling box, comprising:
a box main body and at least one lid hingedly connected to said box main body;
said box main body having a first wall and an opposed second wall, a third wall and an opposed fourth wall, said third and fourth walls extending between said first and second walls, said walls being insulated;
an interior of said box main body defining a volume wherein goods are capable of being actively cooled;
a handle module disposed on two opposed walls of said first, second, third, or fourth walls;
each said handle module having a handlebar which pivots relative to a respective wall of said two opposed walls, said handlebar movable from one position against said respective wall and a second position swung away from said respective wall to carry said mobile cooling box;
a floor of said interior comprising a liner which covers said floor;
said liner having a first elevation and a second elevation wherein said second elevation is higher than said first elevation;
two vents disposed in an exterior of said walls, said vents located adjacent to said second higher elevation;
one said handlebar of one of said two handle modules being disposed above one vent of said two vents.
