1. A construction machine comprising:
a monitoring unit that monitors surroundings of the construction machine; and
a control unit that controls execution of motion regulation of the construction machine based on a monitoring result of the monitoring unit in accordance with an operation mode of the construction machine,
wherein the control unit executes the motion regulation based on the monitoring result when the operation mode is a normal mode other than a specific mode, while the control unit stops the execution of the motion regulation based on the monitoring result when the operation mode is the specific mode, and
wherein the specific mode comprises a crane mode for lifting an object.
