1. A construction machine, comprising:
a prime mover;
a hydraulic pump that is driven by the prime mover to discharge pressurized fluid;
a plurality of hydraulic actuators that act with the pressurized fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump;
a plurality of operation lever devices that operate the hydraulic actuators;
a key switch that starts the prime mover;
a speed sensor that detects a rotational speed of the prime mover;
a plurality of operation sensors that sense operation of the operation lever devices; and
a controller that controls, in response to operation of the operation lever devices, action of a corresponding one of the hydraulic actuators, wherein
the controller is configured to
decide, on a basis of signals from the key switch, the speed sensor, and the plurality of operation sensors, whether or not operation of an operation lever device is first time operation after start of the prime mover, and
limit, in a case where it is decided that the operation of the operation lever device is first time operation after start of the prime mover, action speed of the corresponding one of the hydraulic actuators being operated.
