1. A glutamate-cysteine ligase variant in which an amino acid corresponding to the 86th position from the N-terminus of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is substituted with a different amino acid, wherein the variant comprises a sequence having identity equal to or greater than 90% and less than 100% with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1.
