1. A light-emitting element comprising:
a pair of electrodes; and
a light-emitting layer,
wherein the light-emitting layer comprises a first organic compound, a second organic compound, and a third organic compound,
wherein the first organic compound comprises a transition metal element,
wherein the second organic compound comprises a π-electron deficient heteroaromatic skeleton and a π-electron rich heteroaromatic skeleton,
wherein the first organic compound and the second organic compound form an exciplex,
wherein the third organic compound is capable of converting singlet excitation energy into light emission,
wherein an emission spectrum of the exciplex overlaps with an absorption spectrum of the third organic compound, and
wherein the third organic compound emits light.
