1. An asphalt-based sealcoat composition comprising an asphalt emulsion, water, an extender, a polymer emulsion, clay, sand, fiber, and titanium oxide (TiO2) particles, wherein
the sand is present in the composition in an amount of about 5% to about 20% by weight of the composition;
the fiber is present in the composition in an amount of about 0.1% to about 5% by weight of the composition; and
the TiO2 particles are present in the composition in an amount of about 20.5% to about 60% by weight of the composition.
