1. An interlinked substituted rubber material, comprising a rubber derived from end-of-life tires and further comprising at least one of carbon black particles and graphene particles, wherein a degree of interlinked substitution in the interlinked substituted rubber material is such that a portion of sulfur bonds present in the end-of-life tires are maintained intact while a remaining sulfur bonds are subjected to interlinked substitution, wherein the interlinked substituted rubber material is capable of vulcanization, wherein a portion of rigid sulfidic linkages therein are each tethered at an original allylic carbocation and unbound at an original methyl carbocation.
