1. A curing catalyst [B] used for curing a polymer [A] having a reactive hydrolyzable silicon-containing group, wherein:
the curing catalyst [B] contains a complex of a (1.) titanium compound and (2.) an ammonium hydroxide [B2], and an amine compound [B3];
the titanium compound [B1] is represented by Chemical Formula (1);
the ammonium hydroxide [B2] is represented by Chemical Formula (2); and
the amine compound [B3] is represented by Chemical Formula (3), Chemical Formula (4), or Chemical Formula (5);

in Chemical Formula (1), R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon group, n is 1 to 4, and A is a β-diketone group;
![]() in Chemical Formula (2), R2, R3, R4 and R5 represent substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon groups having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, which are the same as or different from each other, and X represents a hydroxyl group;
