R2 is selected from

are optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Rb;
L1 is selected from —N(Re)—C(Rc)(Rd)— with the nitrogen atom connected to R3 and the carbon atom connected to —C(═O)—;
R3 is selected from —C1-3 alkyl-phenyl, and the —C1-3 alkyl-phenyl is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Rf;
Ra and Rf are selected from F, Cl, Br and CH3;
Rb is selected from F, Cl, Br, NH2, COOH, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, —C(═O)—C1-3 alkyl and —NH—C(═O) NH—C1-3 alkyl, and the C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, —C(═O)—C1-3 alkyl and—NH—C(═O) NH—C1-3 alkyl are optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 R;
Rc and Rd are each independently selected from H, NH2 and CH3;
