1. A dashboard panel vehicle-body structure, the structure comprising:
a transverse member configured that a first end portion thereof is configured to overlap at least one portion of a front pillar of a vehicle and is configured to extend in a widthwise direction of the vehicle up to a dashboard panel,
wherein the transverse member is configured to pass through the front pillar and extend up to an outer edge of the front pillar.
