1. An electrical wiring harness, comprising:
a lattice support structure defining a plurality of apertures, the lattice support structure formed of a dielectric material, the lattice support structure comprising a manipulation feature configured to grasp and manipulate the electrical wiring harness;
a plurality of electrical conductors, each of the electrical conductors comprising a conductive wire enclosed within an insulated sheath, wherein the insulated sheath is formed of the dielectric material;
a connector connected to at least one of the plurality of electrical conductors; and
a harness attachment feature formed of the dielectric material, wherein the harness attachment feature is configured to secure the electrical wiring harness to a vehicle panel.
