1. A tool for driving a fastener into a workpiece, the tool comprising:
a fastener retention member defining:
a fastener retention recess at a first end of the fastener retention member and configured to receive at least a portion of the fastener positioned therein; and
a coupling recess at a second end of the fastener retention member, the coupling recess defining a bottom surface;
a handle member defining a coupling protrusion at a coupling end of the handle member, the coupling protrusion configured to engage with the coupling recess of the fastener retention member to removably couple the handle member to the fastener retention member, the handle member comprising a permanent magnet at least partially within the coupling protrusion and configured to magnetically retain the fastener within the fastener retention member; and
a flexible seal positioned between the fastener retention member and the handle member and inhibiting direct contact between a first surface of the handle member and a second surface of the fastener retention member, wherein:
a gap is defined between an end surface of the coupling protrusion and the bottom surface of the coupling recess when the fastener retention member is coupled to the handle member via the coupling recess and the coupling protrusion;
the permanent magnet is configured to magnetically couple to the fastener across the gap, wherein the gap substantially isolates the permanent magnet from an impact force received at the handle member; and
the handle member, the fastener retention member, and the flexible seal define a force path from the handle member to the fastener retention member that transfers the impact force received at the handle member, to the fastener retention member, around the permanent magnet.
