1. A method of adjusting a multi-configuration exercise device, comprising:
adjusting a length of a first strut coupled to a support beam and an interface frame to adjust a first angle between the interface frame and the support beam; and
adjusting a length of a second strut coupled to the support beam and a base frame to adjust a second angle between the support beam and the base frame,
wherein adjusting the first angle and the second angle manipulates a height and an orientation of the interface frame with respect to the base frame, wherein the second angle is adjusted to be less than the first angle such that the interface frame and the base frame define a decline angle that is about 0 degrees to about 60 degrees.
