1. A kit for suppressing colon cancer cell proliferation, comprising (1) a first container containing a first composition comprising an effective amount of an extract of a Streptococcus thermophilus culture supernatant that is essentially free of S. thermophilus and retaining only components with a molecular weight of 100 kDa or greater; and (2) a second container containing a second composition comprising an effective amount of an anti-cancer therapeutic agent.
