1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless device, a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) indicating activation of at least two transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for a control resource set (coreset), wherein octets of the MAC CE comprise TCI state identifiers (IDs) of the at least two TCI states; and
in response to the coreset being activated with the at least two TCI states, transmitting an uplink signal with a spatial domain transmission filter determined based on a TCI state, of the at least two TCI states, with a TCI state ID in an octet occurring first in the octets.
