9. A terminal, comprising:
a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein when executing the program, the processor implements:
receiving first information sent by a base station; wherein the first information is used for the terminal to determine a channel access type for channel detection on an unlicensed spectrum, and a starting position of at least one of Extended Cyclic Prefix (ECP) transmission or uplink transmission after the channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum,
wherein the first information is further used for indicating a starting time corresponding to an uplink time domain resource of the terminal scheduled by the base station, a first duration for the terminal to perform the channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum, and a length of the ECP transmitted by the terminal after the channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum, and the processor is further configured to:
determine the channel access type for channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum according to the first information; and
when it is determined that the channel access type is Cat1 or when it is determined that the channel access type is Cat2, determine a starting position for channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum according to the starting time, the first duration and the length of ECP indicated by the first information.

16. A base station, comprising:
a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, wherein when executing the program, the processor implements:
sending first information to a terminal; wherein the first information is used for the terminal to determine a channel access type for channel detection on an unlicensed spectrum, and a starting position of at least one of ECP transmission or uplink transmission after the channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum,
the first information is further used for indicating a starting time corresponding to an uplink time domain resource of the terminal scheduled by the base station, a first duration for the terminal to perform the channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum, and a length of the ECP transmitted by the terminal after the channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum; wherein the starting time, the first duration and the length of ECP are used for the terminal to determine a starting position for channel detection on the unlicensed spectrum when it is determined that the channel access type is Cat1 or when it is determined that the channel access type is Cat2.
