1. A baseband processor configured to perform operations comprising:
selecting a first transmission reception point (TRP) of multiple TRPs associated with a cell of a network;
transmitting first radio resource control (RRC) configuration information to a user equipment (UE) comprising quasi-co location information (QCL-info) and a first physical cell identity (PCI);
transmitting second RRC configuration information to the UE comprising physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) pathloss reference signal (PUCCH-PathlossReferenceRS) and a second PCI;
transmitting third RRC configuration information to the UE comprising physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) pathloss reference signal (PUSCH-PathlossReferenceRS) and a third PCI;
transmitting a signal to the UE via the selected TRP, wherein the signal is configured to trigger semi-persistent channel state information (SP-CSI) report at the UE; and
receiving the SP-CSI report from the UE that includes channel state information (CSI) corresponding to each TRP of the multiple TRPs.
