1. An implantable device test system, comprising:
an implantable device, comprising:
a frequency sweep generator configured to, responsive to one or more trigger signals output by a trigger signal generator, generate a frequency sweep pattern; and
an implantable actuator configured to generate frequency sweep vibrations and deliver the frequency sweep vibrations to a recipient of the implantable device in accordance with the frequency sweep pattern; and
a diagnostic tool separate from the implantable device, wherein the diagnostic tool comprises a vibration sensor configured to contact the recipient, and wherein the diagnostic tool is configured to, responsive to the one or more trigger signals output by the trigger signal generator, measure an output of the vibration sensor as a result of the frequency sweep vibrations.
