1. A decoder comprising:
a first deblocking filter configured to filter an edge between a first block of video data and a second block of the video data using a first set of filter coefficients, wherein the first set of filter coefficients corresponds to a difference in pixel values across the edge; and
a second deblocking filter configured to filter the edge between the first block of the video data and the second block of the video data using a second set of filter coefficients, the second set of filter coefficients including a subset of the first set of filter coefficients.
