1. A jumper cable for a starting power supply, comprising:
input terminals configured to be connected with a battery portion of a starting power supply;
output terminals configured to be connected to a load;
a switching circuit connected in circuit between the input terminals and the output terminals;
a bypass module connected in circuit between the input terminals and the output terminals; and
a microcontroller connected to the switching circuit and the bypass module,
wherein the microcontroller is configured to output a driving signal based on an output voltage and an input voltage of the bypass module, and the switching circuit is selectively switched on based on the driving signal of the microcontroller and connects the battery portion to the load.
