1. An additive for a battery electrolyte, the additive comprising at least a structure represented by formula I or formula II as shown below,

wherein in formula I, R1 and R2 are independently selected from silicon-containing groups, and X is selected from organic groups with 2 to 20 carbon atoms; and
wherein in formula II, R1 and R2 are independently selected from silicon-containing groups;
wherein X1 and X2 are independently selected from an alkyl group with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a fluoroalkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, phenyl, tolyl, trifluoromethylphenyl, naphthyl, and benzoyl; and
wherein X1 and X2 are not simultaneously selected from the alkyl group with 1 to 5 carbon atoms.
