1. A light-emitting diode comprising:
a first semiconductor layer;
an active layer stacked on the first semiconductor layer;
a second semiconductor layer stacked on the active layer; and
a first electrode pad, a second electrode pad and a third electrode pad disposed on the second semiconductor layer in a direction from a corner of the second semiconductor layer to an opposite diagonal corner of the second semiconductor layer,
wherein the second electrode pad is located in the corner of the second semiconductor layer, and the third electrode pad is located in the opposite diagonal corner of the second semiconductor layer,
and wherein one of the second electrode pad and the third electrode pad comprises a dummy electrode pad, and
wherein the dummy electrode pad is spaced apart from the second semiconductor layer,
wherein thicknesses of the first to third electrode pads are different from each other.
