1. A method, comprising:
receiving, at a healthcare command center comprising a facility terminal, at least one user device, and at least one database, a demand for a healthcare service, wherein the healthcare service comprises a transportation service;
identifying, using the healthcare command center, a capacity of each of a plurality of entities associated with the healthcare service, wherein the identifying is performed in real-time via receipt of real-time data regarding current demands for each of the plurality of entities;
determining, using the healthcare command center and based at least in part on the capacities of the plurality of entities, an entity from the plurality of entities to address the demand for the healthcare service;
generating, at the healthcare command center, instructions to fulfill the demand utilizing the entity, wherein the generating instructions comprises proactively requesting an entity providing the transportation service before a patient is discharged, wherein the proactively requesting is based upon identifying an estimated discharge time of the patient based upon a medical appointment end time;
monitoring, using the healthcare command center, a plurality of demands of the healthcare service over a period of time by collecting and analyzing data for the period of time, wherein the data is collected from at least one sensor, aggregated from electronic medical records received from the at least one database, input received from the facility terminal and at least one user device, and contextual data collected in real-time;
projecting, using at least one artificial intelligence model of the healthcare command center and based upon the monitoring over the period of time, a volume of demand for the healthcare service for a future period of time, wherein at least a subset of the volume of demand is identified for time-sensitive demands requiring the healthcare service at a particular time, wherein the at least one artificial intelligence model calculates a projection of the volume demand for the future period of time based upon the current demands and the capacity of each of the plurality of entities; and
scaling, using the healthcare command center, the healthcare service to meet the volume of demand for the future period of time.
