1. A multi-channel signal decoding method, comprising:
receiving a bitstream comprising a quantized line spectral frequency (LSF) parameter of a primary channel signal of a current frame of a multi-channel signal, wherein the multi-channel signal includes at least two channel signals;
parsing the bitstream to obtain the quantized LSF parameter of the primary channel signal;
obtaining a spectrum-broadened LSF parameter of the primary channel signal based on the quantized LSF parameter of the primary channel signal by:
obtaining a broadening factor, wherein the broadening factor is greater than 0 and less than 1;
obtaining a mean vector of an original LSF parameter of the secondary channel signal;
obtaining a vector of the quantized LSF parameter of the primary channel signal; and
obtaining the spectrum-broadened LSF parameter of the primary channel signal based on the broadening factor, the mean vector, and the vector of the quantized LSF parameter of the primary channel signal;
obtaining a prediction residual of an LSF parameter of a secondary channel signal of the current frame;
obtaining a quantized LSF parameter of the secondary channel signal based on the prediction residual of the LSF parameter of the secondary channel signal and the spectrum-broadened LSF parameter of the primary channel signal; and
obtaining a reconstructed multi-channel signal of the current frame based on the quantized LSF parameter of the secondary channel signal.
