1. A touch display panel, comprising:
a base substrate, comprising: a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region;
a display function layer, located on a side of the base substrate and comprising: at least one organic insulation layer and an encapsulation layer located on a side of the organic insulation layer facing away from the base substrate, wherein an orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer on the base substrate covers the display region and part of the peripheral region; and
a touch function layer, located on a side of the encapsulation layer facing away from the base substrate and comprising: a touch conductive layer, an inorganic insulation layer making contact with the touch conductive layer and a protection layer, wherein the touch function layer comprises: a first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer located on a side of the first touch conductive layer facing away from the display function layer, the inorganic insulation layer comprises at least: a first inorganic insulation layer located between the first touch conductive layer and the second touch conductive layer, the protection layer is located on a side of the second touch conductive layer facing away from the first inorganic insulation layer, and in at least part of the peripheral region not covered with the orthographic projection of the encapsulation layer on the base substrate, the organic insulation layer makes direct contact with the touch conductive layer or the protection layer.
