1. A method of evaluating a structural defect of a magneto-rheological rotating load device, wherein the magneto-rheological rotating load device comprises a housing, a shaft rotatably installed in the housing, one or more rotary rings connected to the shaft and configured to rotate in conjunction with a rotation of the shaft, a coil part disposed in the housing, a magneto-rheological fluid with which at least a part in the housing is filled, and a controller configured to control a magnetic field applied to the magneto-rheological fluid by the coil part,
the method comprising:
when at least one of the one or more rotary rings is separated from the shaft, determining by the controller that the structural defect has occurred when measuring of a torque value indicates that the torque value, which is applied when the shaft rotates, decreases from an initial set value within a predetermined range,
wherein the decrease of the torque value within the predetermined range is a discontinuous decrease of the torque value from the initial set value.
