1. A wearable device comprising:
at least one display configured to be positioned toward an eye of a user wearing the wearable device;
at least one camera;
at least one processor comprising processing circuitry; and
memory, comprising one or more storage mediums, storing instructions,
wherein the instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the wearable device to:
control the at least one display to display, using images obtained through the at least one camera, a first screen representing at least portion of an external environment around the wearable device;
while the first screen is displayed, recognize an external object in the images:
based on the recognition, identify a software application corresponding to the external object, from among software applications installed in the wearable device;
based on the identification:
control the at least one display to display, superimposed on the first screen, an executable object associated with the software application; and
obtain information on a movement of the external object; and
in response to a user input on the executable object, control the at least one display to display, by executing the software application, a second screen based on the information on the movement.
