1. A system for filtering one or more electronic content elements for distribution to one or more electronic applications, the system including:
a data storage device storing instructions for filtering one or more electronic content items in an electronic storage medium; and
one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform a method, the method including:
receiving a first electronic content item wherein the first electronic content item includes a ranking from among one or more other electronic content items;
monitoring one or more user interactions with the first electronic content item wherein the first electronic content item is in a first position of a website;
determining the ranking of the first electronic content item has changed based on the one or more user interactions; and
displaying for a second user the first electronic content item in a different position of the website based on the changed ranking.
