1. A method for determining a first ranking for an optimized probe panel for differentiating populations of particles in a sample using an antibody database module, the method comprising:
receiving, via a user interface, user input corresponding to one or more parameters of a probe panel, the one or more parameters including a set of antibodies corresponding to an antigenic expression pattern;
determining, via a processor, the first ranking for the optimized probe panel based on the user input, the determining comprising:
running a simulation of probe panels that satisfy the user input including determining a detection limit for each of one or more detection channels based on the antigenic expression pattern;
generating the first ranking for the optimized probe panel based on the detection limit and experimental data; and
displaying, via the user interface, the first ranking for the optimized probe panel.
