1. A heat dissipation device assembly comprising:
an aluminum base seat having an upper face and at least one connection section, a copper embedding layer being disposed on the at least one connection section;
at least one aluminum radiating fin assembly composed of multiple radiating fins fastened with each other, the at least one aluminum radiating fin assembly being connected on the aluminum base seat, each radiating fin being formed with at least one perforation passing through the radiating fin, each two adjacent radiating fins defining therebetween an airflow passage normal to the upper face of the aluminum base seat; and
at least one U-shaped copper heat pipe, the at least one U-shaped copper heat pipe being horizontally arranged and having at least one heat dissipation section passing through the at least one perforations of the at least one aluminum radiating fin assembly and a heat absorption section disposed on the at least one connection section of the aluminum base seat, the heat absorption section being connected with the aluminum base seat via the copper embedding layer.
