1. A shoe assembly, comprising:
a base shoe, including a first inner side wall, a second inner side wall and a bottom wall, defining a base shoe channel;
a continuous setting strip including a channel for receipt of a continuous tape strip;
wherein the continuous setting strip is positioned inside the base shoe channel and the continuous tape strip secures the continuous setting strip to the base shoe.
