13 Claims

1. A cosmetic composition comprising:

(A) a silicone film-forming agent, and

(B) a high-molecular-weight organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 2,600 or more and 4,500 or less, wherein:

a ratio by mass of a content of the component (A) to a total content of the component (A) and the component (B), [(A)/((A)+(B))] is 50% or more and 98% or less, and

a water content is 10% by mass or less.
