1. A system for determining accuracy of a surgical modification of a patient bone, the system comprising:
a) at least one computing device configured to:
i) receive first data comprising a planned surgical modification to the patient bone and images of the patient bone in a first condition at a first point in time;
ii) receive second data comprising images of the patient bone in a second condition at a second point in time subsequent to the first point in time and an attempt to implement the planned surgical modification;
iii) generate a computer model of the patient bone from the second data;
iv) register the computer model of the patient bone to the patient bone in the first data; and
v) compare the second condition to the first condition and determine an extent to which the planned surgical modification was implemented.
