1. A datacenter cooling system, comprising:
at least one computing device;
at least one cold plate coupled to the at least one computing device;
a refrigerant-to-air (R2A) cooling loop including an R2A heat exchanger, through which a two-phase fluid is circulated to the at least one cold plate;
another cooling loop separate from the R2A cooling loop, which circulates another cooling fluid to the at least one cold plate; and
at least one processor,
wherein the datacenter cooling system operates in a first cooling mode and a second cooling mode for cooling the at least one computing device,
wherein the at least one processor causes the datacenter cooling system to switch between the first cooling mode and the second cooling mode for cooling the at least one computing device, the first cooling mode comprises flow of the two-phase fluid through the R2A cooling loop, wherein the R2A cooling loop is to carry the two-phase fluid through the R2A heat exchanger and through the at least one cold plate to absorb heat from the at least one computing device, and wherein the second cooling mode includes using both the R2A cooling loop and the another cooling loop when at least:
a heat load associated with the at least one computing device is above a threshold heat load, or
a coolant temperature of the another cooling fluid from the another cooling loop is above a threshold temperature.
